Welcome to the Lake Lodge! You're invited to this peaceful retreat among a canopy of trees. The home is a 3 minute walk to the lake (public side), with a private slip, HOA sitting area, & boat ramp. When you aren't admiring the lake views from the HOA dock, savor the forested yard with built in firepit, cozy hot tub, & gigabit WIFI. After a long day of fishing, boating, or hiking, the home welcomes you with a stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, TVs in each room & a soaking tub. Relaxation awaits! The space... Inviting and thoughtfully decorated house in the woods with spacious vaulted ceilings and lots of natural lighting. Great for the whole family to relax and create memories together. High speed gigabit XFinity WIFI is available throughout the house and the TVs are ready for you to log in to your own accounts on the major program applications (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, etc). Other amenities include large deck with family dining table and other deck seating overlooking a large built-in firepit with 10 Adirondack chairs, 7 seater hot tub, separate picnic area and forested greens; private dock, community sitting area and boat ramp are a short 3 minute scenic walk. If needed, the house also has available kid friendly amenities, including a Pack n' Play, a high chair that attaches to a chair, kids' dishes/silverware, toys, board games, and books. Should you be bringing your work with you on this getaway, the first bedroom includes a queen bed and a dedicated workspace with a mounted monitor on the desk. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a queen bottom, twin on top, and twin trundle that pulls out from beneath the queen. The spacious master suite boasts vaulted ceilings, a queen bed, a twin day bed with a pop up trundle twin underneath that converts the day bed into a king size bed, a mini desk/vanity, walk-in closet as well as a private bathroom with standing shower and separate tub. House is lake access. We are not on the water, though we are a short walk away down a steep hill. We want to be clear so your expectations are right on - lake access, not lake front :)
